IMPORTANT! Make sure the company or contact name is spelled correctly and is EXACTLY what should be displayed on the banner.
If you include a company and a contact name, only the company name will be on the banner (please e-mail a copy of the company logo if you would like it to be used for the banner and/or web site).
If the contact person is the name to be displayed, then please do not include a company name (to avoid any confusion).
