Please don’t un-staple ticket books or remove the cardboard.
A name and phone number must be on ALL sold ticket stubs, not just the first and the last.
Checks should be payable to “URC” or United Rotary Clubs” or “Rotary”.
Remind buyers to keep their tickets. Numbers must be validated in order to receive prize(s).
Include a parent’s name on tickets in a minor’s name, acknowledging their consent.
Duck race ticket purchases are NOT normally tax deductible. Refer buyers to their tax consultant for tax deductible conditions.
You are responsible for the tickets assigned to you. Every ticket must be accounted for, either sold with the stub filled out, or unsold with both parts of the ticket intact. If unsold tickets are lost you are expected to buy them. If you loose sold ticket stubs, you will need to re-create purchaser names and contact information.
Please don’t hold sold books of tickets, turn them in as you sell them.
