SHORE PATROL
WHO: If you are not in a boat or otherwise
engaged in the Duck Race event on race day, then sign up for SHORE PATROL!

gloves and old clothes. Bring a pole or fishing net to capture racing

and shore, provide security so that nobody touches the ducks until the
winners have been collected and so that the ducks do not disappear.
WHEN: Day of the race, meet at
11:30am and plan to be done by about 1:00 p.m. If you can stay, a few
extra hands to help take down tents are also needed at Alton Baker Park
.

RACE DAY CLEAN
UP
The
Day of Event Activities Committee needs your help
finding 1 member from each club to assist in cleanup. This
is a fairly easy task with a short time commitment so we are hoping
to quickly find about 15 individuals.
We need 1 individual from
each club to be present (if not already) by 1pm on race day. They will be done by 2pm. The
individual should wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for clean
up work.
Please email Jason
Genck by October 1 with a name, email, club name, and
phone number that is reachable on the day of the event. |
